The typical life cycle for a plaintiffs firm is that, once a younger lawyer or group of younger lawyers feel they’ve gone as far as they can within their firm, they split off to launch a new firm, which then, years later, usually sees the next generation of young lawyers break off to launch their own firms, and so on.
But, two personal injury firms in Philadelphia are hoping to break that pattern by bringing younger attorneys into firm management positions.

Members of the bar may nominate themselves or others, and the public is invited to submit nominations. Nominations in writing must be received by February 10, 2024, and should be addressed to: The Atlanta Judicial Commission c/o Von A.
