o Answer: False. The reality is most of those parties have insurance, and those carries are the ones who end up paying out those claims.
Myth: “It’s too expensive to hire a personal injury lawyer.”
o Answer: False. Most personal injury lawyers operate under a contingency fee basis. Meaning, there’s no up-front payment, a contract is agreed upon, that payment only occurs after a recovery is made by the attorney.
