This year’s compilation of the 20 largest personal injury recoveries includes awards reported by the Law Journal between July 29th, 2022, and July 1, 2023.
This year the awards totaled $169.28 million, which is a 9.2% increase from last year’s $155 million total. The high total shows that values of case resolutions have continued toward the usual range following the COVID-19 pandemic.
