LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -This week on the Legal Answer, Lansing personal injury attorney Katie Tucker from Sinas Dramis Law Firm, joins use to introduce himself, and discuss the work his Firm does for those injured in Michigan. Katie is a shareholder at Sinas Dramis, and for more than a decade has represented those wrongfully injured in Michigan. Specializing in Michigan Auto No-Fault Law, Katie has vast experience representing people in auto negligence cases for injuries or deaths in crashes involving motor vehicles, semi-trucks, motorcycles, and bicycles.
In this week’s episode, Katie Answers the question, when does a personal injury, meet the standards for a personal injury legal claim. Katie uses the example of a motor vehicle crash, to discuss what’s called a threshold injury, and what that means in the eyes of the law.
